Well, the price was right. Location was good.
For 70 bucks a night it worked. Only one place to charge a phone. One near the bed would have been appreciated.

The room was small but adequate. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. There was a fridge and microwave but no utensils at all, not even a kind of cup for heating water, just flimsy plastic glasses. It was fine for our overnight in town and I would stay there again.

Not clean, toilet seat broken, tv remote barely worked, pillows were uncomfortable and cheap.

First room had drugs on the floor. Second room had holes in the wall, cobwebs, dirty floors and a cold shower.
Location was good, walking distance to all of downtown Chico
This motel needs to be completely remodeled, or just sold and torn down. Stay here at your own risk!!
